Our Impérial Gold caviar is sourced from the hybrid Huso Dauricus and Schrencki Sturgeon which are wild farmed in the River Amur.

The Imperial Gold is a selection of lightly gold-colored caviar grains.

Sturgeons raised in captivity, bred in the deep, natural waters of the Amur River, produce a semi-wild caviar.

These sturgeons, given plentiful space to swim freely, burn off excess fat, resulting in caviar with robust grains meticulously selected by Iranian caviar specialists, dispatched to the site specifically for their expertise.
